Complete kit of matte bulbs for the Flos 2097 chandelier
The 2097 uses 18, 30, or 50 exposed bulbs: replacing them one at a time means ending up with different light tones on the same chandelier. This kit replaces them all at once, with a few spare bulbs already included.
These are LED filament bulbs with milky white glass: the matte finish diffuses light at 360° and hides the filament, creating the effect of old-fashioned frosted incandescent bulbs but with 2W of consumption instead of 22W.
Product selected by Oniroview, compatible with the Flos 2097: the shape of the bulb resembles the original, though the dimensions are different.

On a chandelier like the 2097, the choice between matte and transparent completely changes the look. The matte bulb hides the filament and provides a soft, uniform light: it is the right choice above a dining table, where the chandelier is at eye level and exposed filaments would cause glare. The transparent bulb reveals the filament and creates more sparkle, suitable for entryways and high-ceilinged rooms. One last thing: change all the bulbs together, because on an exposed-bulb chandelier, even a slightly different shade is easily noticeable.

Are these original Flos bulbs?
No. These are bulbs selected by Oniroview as compatible with the Flos 2097 chandelier: the bulb shape resembles the original, but the measurements are not identical. The E14 base and the Ø22 × 51 mm dimensions make them suitable for the 2097 lamp holders.
Which kit do I need for my chandelier?
The number in the model name indicates the bulbs: the 2097/18 uses 18, the 2097/30 uses thirty, and the 2097/50 uses fifty. Each kit contains that number plus spares, so 20, 33, or 55 pieces.
Are they dimmable?
No, this version is not dimmable and must be connected to a standard switch. If your system has a dimmer, choose the dimmable transparent or satin versions.
What is the difference between matte, satin, and transparent?
The glass changes, and therefore the effect: the milky white matte diffuses light at 360° while hiding the filament, the satin softens the filament while letting it be seen, and the transparent shows it completely for a more sparkling effect. The electrical performance remains the same.

If you want to return your order, we're here to help. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without having to provide any reason.
Right of withdrawal (within 14 days)
The deadline is 14 days from delivery. If the order includes multiple items delivered separately, the deadline starts from the delivery of the last item.
The 14 days are calculated in calendar days, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

- Return: You must send the products back within 14 days from the date you notified us of the withdrawal.
- Refund: We will refund you within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of their shipment, whichever occurs first.
- Full withdrawal (you return all products in the order): 100% refund of the price plus standard outbound shipping costs. If you chose a more expensive delivery than the standard one at the time of the order, any supplement is not refundable.
- Partial withdrawal (you return only some products): refund of the price of only the returned products; outbound shipping costs are not refunded. If the order benefited from free shipping due to reaching a threshold and the partial return causes the value to fall below that threshold, the corresponding shipping cost will be calculated and deducted from the refund.
- Return costs: The direct costs of return are borne by the customer.
- Diminution in value: You are only responsible for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. How to ship the return

- Pack carefully and use secure, tracked shipping: products lost or damaged during return transit cannot be refunded.
- To protect the original packaging, place it in a second box when possible. Do not apply labels or adhesive tape directly to the product's original packaging.
