Le strisce hanno nastri da 8, 10 o 12 mm e il vano del profilo ha una misura precisa: una strip da 12 mm non entra in un profilo pensato per 10, e una troppo stretta balla e si scolla. Misura il nastro con un calibro, o dichiaraci il modello di striscia e ti diciamo quale profilo la accoglie. Secondo punto: i profili sono da 2 metri, quindi su tratte lunghe servono i \u003cstrong\u003egiunti di unione\u003c\/strong\u003e, e sugli angoli i giunti a 90° — che esistono in versione \u003cem\u003econcava\u003c\/em\u003e e \u003cem\u003econvessa\u003c\/em\u003e a seconda di come gira lo spigolo. Non sono lo stesso pezzo.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\n\u003ch2 style=\"text-align:left;\"\u003eAccessori: non dimenticare i terminali\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOgni profilo va chiuso alle estremità con i \u003cstrong\u003etappi terminali\u003c\/strong\u003e, che esistono nella finitura corrispondente al profilo (nero, corten, grigio). Servono poi le \u003cstrong\u003egraffette di fissaggio\u003c\/strong\u003e per ancorare il profilo alla superficie, i \u003cstrong\u003egiunti di unione\u003c\/strong\u003e per collegare due barre in linea e i \u003cstrong\u003egiunti angolari a 90°\u003c\/strong\u003e, concavi o convessi, per girare gli spigoli mantenendo la continuità luminosa. Sono pezzi da mettere nel carrello insieme al profilo: comprarli dopo significa fermare il lavoro.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2 style=\"text-align:left;\"\u003eDomande frequenti sui profili per strisce LED\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\n\u003ch4 style=\"text-align:left;\"\u003ePosso tagliare il profilo su misura?\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSì, l'alluminio si taglia con un seghetto a denti fini o una troncatrice con lama per alluminio. Sbava sempre il taglio prima di inserire la striscia e ricorda di rifinire allo stesso modo anche la cover.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch4 style=\"text-align:left;\"\u003eCome faccio a sapere se la mia striscia entra?\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMisura la larghezza del PCB, non quella della striscia con il rivestimento in silicone se è IP65: sono due misure diverse. Il vano del profilo deve essere pari o leggermente superiore al PCB.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch4 style=\"text-align:left;\"\u003eServe il profilo anche con le strisce COB?\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSì, e per il motivo più importante: la \u003cstrong\u003edissipazione termica\u003c\/strong\u003e. Il COB elimina la puntinatura ma non il calore. Quello che può cambiare è la cover, perché con una luce già uniforme la trasparente diventa una scelta possibile.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch4 style=\"text-align:left;\"\u003eIl profilo flessibile si può piegare all'infinito?\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHa un raggio minimo di curvatura oltre il quale si deforma e non torna indietro.
